Trying to better my overall wellbeing, I jumped on board the Apple Watch train in 2020. But like many people I knew, I’d remove it when dressing up for luxe weddings and galas, because nothing ruined a ‘fit’ like a clunky fitness watch. But you’ll miss it if you don’t look closely—though, its low-key design is exactly what drew me in.

Unlike my Apple Watch, the ring is also super attractive, never sticking out like a sore thumb. Better yet, I can wear it nonstop for a week straight without it dying on me, including in the shower. 
But is the Oura Ring actually worth it? If you’re someone who values health insights, absolutely. But remember, it’s not a magic wand; you still have to put the findings into action to see results.
