Charli XCX made her hosting debut on Saturday Night Live on Nov. 16, ten years after she first performed as the musical guest in 2014. Following her summer of success with the massively popular album Brat, the pop star was tapped to play double duty on last night’s episode, both hosting and performing. In addition to a number of hilarious sketches, Charli sang her hits “360” and “Sympathy Is a Knife.”
Fans will note that actress and model Julia Fox makes a brief appearance to introduce the singer, who has included Fox’s name in her lyrics.
Highlights from her sketches on Saturday include a sequel to the bridesmaid sketch first introduced by Ariana Grande a few weeks ago, this time with the group of girls singing the story of their “one last girls trip” set to Chappell Roan’s “HOT TO GO!”
