Global Student Fashion Week (GSFW) 2025, the world’s first fashion week exclusively for students, is a groundbreaking event in the global fashion industry. Taking place over seven days in Vietnam, GSFW serves not only as a creative playground but also as a convergence of excellence, featuring 150 talented young designers from 30 prestigious universities worldwide. The event will also welcome more than 6,000 guests, including 999 beauty queens and kings serving as Global Ambassadors, along with 900 professional dancers.
GSFW 2025 offers fashion students a platform to showcase their talent, express their creative individuality, and connect with top recruiters while accessing cutting-edge fashion trends. With an impressive blend of high-class collections, the radiant presence of beauty queens and kings, and professional performance expertise, GSFW promises to make a “big bang”, cementing its position as one of the 10 most influential fashion weeks in the world.

Recently, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the Faculty of Garment Design of Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City and Global Student Fashion Week took place, marking a significant step in elevating Vietnam’s fashion industry on the global map. The event was attended by leaders and faculty members from the Faculty of Garment Technology and Fashion, including Dr. Nguyen Mau Tung (Dean), MSc. Pham Thi Thao (Vice Dean), and leading experts such as MSc. Le Si Hoang and MSc. Mai Cam Tu. Accompanying them were prominent representatives from GSFW, including Dr., Violinist Nguyen Quynh Nhu – Senior Advisor and Southern Representative of Global Student Fashion Week, Dr. Ly Thi Mai – Deputy Director of the Institute for Vietnamese Costume Research and Advisor for Global Student Fashion Week; and Mr. Park Bong Kyu – CEO of the Korean CEO Summit, Chairman of the World Blockchain Summit MARVELS, Chairman of SUMMIT Club, Founder of CICON (Culture and Innovation Conference), MSc.
