Meghann Fahy Reacts to The White Lotus Season 3 Finale and Reveals If She Wants to Be on a Future Season (Exclusive)

“I’m always down, always,” Fahy, a season 2 breakout star, told PEOPLE of her desire to return for another season

HBOA fan favorite from The White Lotus franchise is ready to check back into another one of show creator Mike White’s fictional luxury resorts.
Meghann Fahy, who played stay-at-home mom Daphne Sullivan in season 2 of HBO’s popular anthology series, spoke exclusively to PEOPLE about her desire to bring back her character in a future season.
“I’m always down, always,” says the 34-year-old actress, of playing Daphne again in The White Lotus season 4, during the April 8 red carpet premiere of her new film, Drop, at TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.
Fahy’s comments come just days after rumblings of a potential “all-star season” intensified when Patrick Schwarzenegger, who played flirtatious “alpha male” Saxon Ratliff on season 3, told The Hollywood Reporter, “I’ve heard rumors of them doing an all-star season.” In response, White — the series’ writer, director and creator — said, “I’d love to do that.”

“They could get all the douche guys in one hotel together. Mike said that one day when we were on set, he was like, ‘Oh my God, it’d be so good to get you, Jake Lacy and Theo James in the same room,’ ” Schwarzenegger, 31, added to the outlet, mentioning James, who played Fahy’s husband.

At the end of the second season, James’ character, Cameron Sullivan, is accused of cheating with Aubrey Plaza’s character, Harper Spiller, who said they only kissed. Harper’s husband, Ethan Spiller (played by Will Sharpe), then confronted Daphne about the infidelity. Daphne reacted by telling him he can choose not to be the victim, before leading him to a secluded area, leaving viewers to interpret whether they secretly fooled around or not.

As for the season 3 finale, which aired on April 6, Fahy told PEOPLE how she felt about the episode that left her feeling “devastated.”

“It was excellent. I mean, I was devastated by the people we lost, of course, but that’s sort of always the point, isn’t it?” she explains. “But no, I loved the whole season. Excellent cast, beautifully written. Loved it, loved it, loved it.”

Fahy’s Drop, costarring Brandon Sklenar, premiered in theaters on April 11.
