“My Team Is The Leader” – Students’ journey of affirming values and missions

The competition “My Team Is The Leader” is not just an engaging playground but also a comprehensive educational program designed specifically for students. It brings together clubs from across Vietnam to showcase their talents and assert their pioneering role in building sustainable communities. With a journey comprising multiple rounds, from theory to practical application, the competition challenges not only professional knowledge but also fosters the development of soft skills such as communication, leadership, and teamwork. The program’s highlight lies in its core value: the spirit of unity and collaboration. Under the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology and established with the goal of spreading the dynamic spirit of sports, Street Workout PTIT has become a common home for young people passionate about the challenging street sport. More than just a training ground, the club is a close-knit community where members share experiences, support one another, and push their personal limits together. With regular training sessions, in-depth technical workshops, and exchange events with the Street Workout community both within and beyond the school, the club has built a professional and inspiring image among the youth.
