The Vietnamese entrepreneur community gathering at the Top 100 International Business Style 2025 Commencement Ceremony

On the afternoon of March 26, more than 300 entrepreneurs and women leaders from various provinces gathered in Ho Chi Minh City to attend the commencement ceremony of the Top 100 International Business Style 2025 under the theme “Pioneers”. The event not only marked the beginning of a journey to honor bold, innovative, and inspiring entrepreneurs but also created a meaningful networking space across generations, fostering a pioneering leadership spirit during a period of significant economic transformation.

Connecting the multi-generational entrepreneur community

The launch ceremony of the Top 100 International Business Style (PCDN) 2025, organized by Nam Huong Media Group, became a grand gathering for the business community. Under the theme “Pioneers”, the event not only marked the beginning of a journey to honor outstanding figures in the business world but also served as a meeting point for multiple generations of entrepreneurs – from seasoned industry leaders to promising successors.

The event made a strong impression with the presence of influential entrepreneurs such as Tran Thanh Tan – Vice Chairman of Dragon Capital Investment Fund, Tran Thi Lam – Chairwoman of Hoa Lam Group, Duong Quoc Nam – Chairman of Hoang Nam Group, Tran Van Muoi – Chairman of Five Star Group, as well as notable figures in real estate investment, fertilizer import-export, entrepreneur Tran Bao Son, and fashion designers Linh San and Quynh Paris.

Celebrating the succeeding generation – Young people “pioneering” in the new era

A standout highlight of this year’s commencement ceremony was the introduction of the next-generation representatives from pioneering enterprises – young faces embodying innovation, modern thinking, and a vision for sustainable development. More than just a generational transition, this moment underscored the growing importance of young entrepreneurs in shaping the future of businesses and adapting dynamically to globalization trends.

An inspiring example was the representative of Okini Food Vietnam, a trailblazer in importing and distributing all-natural Japanese food products, with a development strategy closely tied to quality of life and public health. Additionally, the successors of Five Star Group introduced the Five Star Eco City project in Long An – a smart and green urban model that harmoniously integrates modern convenience with environmental conservation.

The presence of this new generation not only brought a fresh perspective but also sent a powerful message about a new wave of entrepreneurs ready to take the helm, innovate, and redefine business values through their unique identity, creative mindset, and global outlook. This serves as a vivid testament that, in the era of digital transformation and global shifts, generational succession is no longer a challenge but an opportunity for businesses to break through and restructure in alignment with the times.

“Pioneers” seminar – Where breakthrough leadership mindsets converge

As one of the key highlights of the launch ceremony, the seminar “Pioneers – Opportunities Within Challenges” garnered significant interest from the attending business community. Taking place amid global economic fluctuations, the seminar brought together five distinguished speakers – leading experts in pivotal sectors such as finance, investment, real estate, interior design, and healthcare.

Through real-world stories, the speakers shared valuable insights on transforming challenges into opportunities, from restructuring internal business strengths to seizing market trends. They also provided in-depth analysis of macroeconomic policies, the impact of technology, and management mindsets in the context of globalization, offering attendees strategic perspectives for their business growth journeys.

The seminar also emphasized the crucial role of a pioneering spirit in adaptation and innovation. Flexible thinking, technological integration, and decisive action were highlighted as fundamental elements for entrepreneurs to overcome challenges and contribute to the broader community’s development. Beyond inspiring attendees, the seminar served as a strategic thought forum, helping shape new approaches for Vietnamese entrepreneurs amid a period of significant transformation.

A journey to the beyond – Aiming towards the national recognition ceremony in December 2025

Top 100 International Business Style 2025 is not just a single event but a year-long journey spanning from February to December 2025. Following Ho Chi Minh City, the program will continue in Long An in April and expand to other major provinces, fostering a strong wave of connection within the Vietnamese business community.

With the support of esteemed brands such as JVA, Goldsun Media, Hoang Nam Group, Okini Food, Five Star Group, The Reverie Saigon, Thingo, and F Niche Perfume, this year’s journey promises to create a connected, innovative, and inspiring ecosystem – true to the spirit of pioneers leading the future.
