Le Phuong Anh, 2nd Runner-up of Phuong Dong Charm and a second-year student majoring in Multimedia Communication at Phuong Dong University, as well as a student in the International Relations Department at the University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology in Ho Chi Minh City, is a promising young face in the fashion and media industry. With outstanding achievements in academics and social activities, Phuong Anh has recently officially become the Global Student Model Ambassador at Global Student Fashion Week 2025.
Phuong Anh – Rising from challenges
Phuong Anh has not been without challenges. She shared that after a year of studying and working in Ho Chi Minh City, she faced failure and decided to return to Hanoi with just a suitcase and a mindset of “starting over.” Despite this, Phuong Anh never gave up on her dreams. “Struggling through all circumstances is the most proud achievement. I have fallen before, but it was those failures that helped me rise and find the path that suits me best,” Phuong Anh confided.
With perseverance and extraordinary willpower, Phuong Anh not only impressed by earning the title of 2nd Runner-up at the Phuong Dong Charm competition but also stood out in extracurricular activities at Phuong Dong University, where she serves as the Vice President of the MC Club and Head of the Content Department of the Guitar Club. She was also honored as the 5 Good Student of the Year 2023-2024 at her university for her outstanding academic achievements and continuous contributions.
Global Student Model Ambassador at Global Student Fashion Week 2025
With her continuous efforts in academics and social work, Phuong Anh has been selected to become the Global Student Model Ambassador at Global Student Fashion Week 2025. This is a significant milestone, marking a turning point in her career and also providing Phuong Anh with the opportunity to help promote positive messages about fashion, art, and creativity within the student community.
Global Student Fashion Week (GSFW) is not only a fashion platform for young talents but also a stage for students worldwide to showcase their talents, creativity, and humanitarian values. Phuong Anh shared that she will use this role to spread positive messages about confidence, creativity, and passion in fashion to young people, especially through social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. “I will share behind-the-scenes stories and the core values of Global Student Fashion Week to encourage young people to participate, develop their passions, and bring the fashion week closer to the fashion community,” Phuong Anh said.
Desire to explore and spread global values
As the Global Student Model Ambassador, Phuong Anh also emphasizes the strength and distinctive traits of Generation Z – a generation that she is proud to be part of. According to Phuong Anh, Gen Z is a generation that dares to think and act, always ready to experiment and break boundaries. “We have strong tech skills, flexibility in changing styles, and the ability to quickly grasp trends. This helps Gen Z models build careers on social media and create unique communities,” she shared.
Phuong Anh firmly believes that growth never has a stopping point, and only by continuously learning can we achieve great success. “Nothing comes easily, but I believe that if you always maintain a strong spirit, be persistent, and work hard, success will come one day,” Phuong Anh said. With this mindset, she not only inspires herself but also serves as a powerful source of motivation for young people, especially those seeking opportunities in the fashion and media industries.
With everything she has achieved and the dreams that are still wide open, Le Phuong Anh is a testament to the power of perseverance, creativity, and passion.
