According to Caroline Cao of Pearl Lustre, pearls must be handled with care to maintain their lustre, “After each use, gently clean them with a soft cloth and store them securely to safeguard their exquisite allure for years to come. Periodically, consider professional cleaning and restringing to ensure their longevity ”.
