Clubs, especially those like WIABLES – the Center for Research and Design of Technology for Health and Support for People with Disabilities from VinUniversity, play a crucial role in creating a creative and dynamic atmosphere. To honor the significant contributions of these clubs and provide an opportunity for students to shine, the contest “My Team Is The Leader” has officially launched. With a total prize value of up to 1 billion VND, this event promises not only intense competition but also a platform for clubs to learn, grow, and showcase their talents.
Challenging playground for talented clubs
In order to create a meaningful playground as well as opportunities to honor student clubs – which play a special role and greatly contribute to the development of universities, colleges and high schools, the contest “My Team Is The Leader” is officially launched – the first contest specifically for student clubs in Vietnam with a prize pool of up to 1 billion VND for the winner. The contest will be where clubs not only shine with their specialized talents but also affirm their pioneering role in promoting positive changes, building a solidary and sustainably developed community.
In particular, with the participation of the Judging Panel consisting of leading experts in their respective fields, presidents of magazines – beauty pageants – fashion weeks, beauty kings and queens across the world, “My Team Is The Leader” promises to be where leadership and aspiration of contributing to the community and society shine!

In a short period since its establishment, WIABLES has established itself as one of the most innovative social tech startups. With impressive achievements such as participating in Demo Day at the Global Entrepreneurial Incubator 2024 and making it into the Top 12 of the Vietnam Social Innovation Competition 2024, WIABLES has attracted attention from the international startup community. Notably, its product, CommuniCare, a smart device for people with hearing impairments, has garnered significant success at prestigious competitions such as the RMIT Accessibility Design Competition and Innohunt Challenge, affirming WIABLES’ enormous potential in addressing social issues.
Talented young crew building the future
WIABLES is proud to have a young, talented, and passionate team that continuously innovates to create a better future for the community. Leading the design team is Nguyễn Thanh Phong, a standout young talent in the field of Robotics, who is bringing groundbreaking technological solutions that help people with disabilities gain more confidence in life.
In addition, Pham Van Kiem (Cris Pham), WIABLES’ technology advisor, is a veteran tech expert at the Mechanical Engineering Lab of VinUniversity. He ensures that WIABLES’ products meet international quality standards, drawing on his extensive experience in the technology field. Under the leadership of Nguyen Dinh Phong, the founder, and with the support of a dynamic communications team including Pham Thu Phuong, Huynh Nguyen Quynh Nhu, Phan Nguyen Xuan Nam, and Pham Tien Huy, WIABLES has created a harmonious environment where every creative idea is valued and nurtured.
