BTS’s V has just scored his third Billboard Hot 100 entry of 2024!
For the week ending on December 21, V’s new version of the holiday song “White Christmas” featuring vocals by the late Bing Crosby debuted at No. 93 on the Hot 100.
“White Christmas” is V’s third entry of the year—following “FRI(END)S” and his Park Hyo Shin collab “Winter Ahead”—and his sixth chart entry overall, making him the only K-pop act to enter the Hot 100 with three different songs in 2024.
Additionally, “White Christmas” debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart, meaning it was the best-selling song of the week in the United States. The song also debuted at No. 1 on the Holiday Song Sales chart and No. 65 on the Holiday 100.
Over on the global charts, “White Christmas” entered the Global Excl. U.S. chart at No. 43 and the Global 200 at No. 72, while “Winter Ahead” stayed strong at No. 56 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 103 on the Global 200 in its second week.
