The Full Breakdown of Selena Gomez’s SAG Awards Look

Selena Gomez knows her way around a red carpet look. The actor/singer/Rare Beauty founder has been walking red carpets for decades now and has her glam game on lock. Need proof? Her 2025 SAG Awards look was perfection from head to toe, and we’ve got all the details behind the sleek, Old Hollywood-style pageboy bob, her matchy-matchy ’80s red nails and lips, and her superstar glow.

Gomez, who scored a trophy for Best Ensemble in a Comedy Series for Only Murders in the Building, was in full movie-star mode for the ceremony, complete with an off-the-shoulder Celine gown and a show-stopping red lip. Let’s break it down from the top, shall we?

Selena Gomez wears an offtheshoulder gown and red lipstick and nail polish. Her hair is styled in a soft bob.

Hairstylist Renato Campora, who frequently works with Gomez, said the “clean, soft shape” of her bob was “1960s-inspired,” though she wore her hair tucked behind her ears for a more modern vibe. “Selena’s silhouette [was] incredibly chic, so it was essential for the hair to reflect that same elegance.” Campora used Joico products on the star, prepping with the Defy Damage line. He used the Dream Blowout Thermal Protection Creme and JoiWhip Firm Hold Design Foam on her towel-dried hair, then blow dried her hair with a large round brush. Once the hair was ”bouncy and full of volume,” Campora divided it into sections and curled them with a 1.25″ curling iron, then pinned the curls and let them cool. To set the style, he used Humidity Blocker + Protective Finishing Spray, brushed the hair inward, and sealed everything for the night with Power Spray Fast-Dry Finishing Spray.

Makeup artist Hung Vanngo prepped Gomez’s skin with Dr. Althea’s Green Relief Amino Gel Cleanser, Vitamin C Boosting Serum, and 345 Relief Cream, then applied—you guessed it!—all Rare Beauty products, including a forthcoming Rare foundation. He sculpted Gomez’s cheeks with the Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Stick and Soft Pinch Liquid Contour, then applied Soft Pinch Matte Bouncy Blush in Happy and Positive Light Liquid Luminizer in Mesmerize. The red lip was a combo of Kind Words Matte Lipliner and Lipstick, both in the true red shade Devoted.
Gomez’s bob and gown were pure Old Hollywood, but she threw it back to the ‘80s with her matching red lip and nail moment. Manicurist Tom Bachik used an as-yet-unreleased red from his Click Colors collection, calling it “an ’80s-inspired red that’s full of vitality—bright, bold, and sexy chic.” He finished with a spritz of Aquaphor Healing Ointment Spray to add softness and shine under all those camera flashes.
