Master Wendy Nguyen is the founder of the Magister ecosystem, which comprises Magister Creative, Magister Makeup Academy, and T-Professional Makeup Academy. She is recognized as one of the pioneers in professional makeup and fashion makeup in Vietnam. Her career has been marked by a series of prestigious milestones, including winning the Beauty Teck 2022 title at the National Startup Competition organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, First Runner-up at the 2022 National Golden Brush Competition, the title of Makeup and Special Effects Artist in 2023, and the 2024 Vietnamese Beauty Industry Inspirational Figure Award.
In addition to her professional achievements, she has further demonstrated her expertise through television and formal training roles. She led her team to win the “Most Impressive Coach Team” award on the reality show The M.U.A 2024 – Talented Makeup Artist, served as Producer and Host of Meastro Of Beauty, and is a lecturer at the Faculty of Beauty Care at Hanoi Medical College. Her academic foundation has been systematically developed through graduating with distinction from an international makeup course certified by the Korean Beauty and Health Association, completing the Master “Oversea Class” at Pro Academy, and the Makeup Pro course at Mai Phan Makeup Academy.

For Master Wendy Nguyen, the role of Makeup Director requires comprehensive leadership capabilities rather than simply outstanding individual technical skills. The person leading the team must oversee every stage, from receiving the designer’s brief and analyzing the collection’s concept to developing precise makeup looks, training staff, managing the timeline, and controlling quality to ensure consistent results across the entire show.
